1. Register at "Visit Japan Web" (https://www.vjw.digital.go.jp/main/#/vjwplo001)
Before you take your flight to Japan, we recommend you to register your (travel) information using the Visit Japan Web. 
* This is a web service that people entering Japan can use for quarantine, immigration and customs procedures in order to enter Japan.


2. A Valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (3 doses) OR a certificate of negative result of pre-departure COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to your departure 
(It is required for your immigration, you do not need to submit it to SBJ or ANCSDAAP)
Participants who travel to Japan should prepare their vaccination certificate/or negative result of pre-departure and bring the printed copies to your trip. It will be needed for the entrance to Japan. 
- The COVID-19 vaccination certificate must be indicated in Japanese or English with your name, date of birth, vaccine name/manufacturer, date of vaccination, number of doses administered
- The COVID-19 negative test certificate is valid with your name, date of birth, testing method, sample, collection date and time, result, name of medical institution, date of issue
* If you are not sure of the validity of your certificate, please inquire at the airline that you are going to take.

3. Bring Own Electronic Device
As indicated in the conference registration form, the 31st PCC will be held paperless. Therefore, we advise all participants and speakers to bring their own electronic devices, such as mobile phones, laptop or tablet, to view the presentation slides during the conference. 
Please do not forget to bring the chargers for your devices also. 

4. Airport Transportation
You may refer to the transportation and hotel arrangements section on the conference information note for the airport transportation. In addition, you can also check the website of the hotel you reserved in Tokyo. 
For more detailed information on how to go to the conference venue (Keio Plaza Hotel) from the airport, kindly refer to the attached information note, "Access to the venue" on airport transportation. You can choose different ways to go to places around the conference venue from the airport. You may choose the option that fits your situation the best. 

* From/to Airports in Tokyo (NRT/HND)
- Airport Limousine: You can find and reserve the seats at https://webservice.limousinebus.co.jp/web/en/Top.aspx 
  * Your destination will be "Shinjuku" (among 23 wards of Tokyo) -> Keio Plaza Hotel (or the hotel you reserved)
- Railway: (Keikyu Line/JR Yamanote Line) You can get-off at Shinjuku Station. It takes about a 5-minutes walk from the west exit of Shinjuku Station to the conference venue (Keio Plaza Hotel).

* Nearest Stations from the conference venue
- Tochomae Station (Toei Oedo Line): Just outside
- Shinjuku Station (West exit, JR/Tokyo Metro Subway Marunouchi Line/Toei Shunjuku Line/Keio Line/ Odakyu Line): about 5-minute walk
