Registration Steps

• Registration is available from July 4 - October 24, 2022.
• Online Registration fees can be paid by credit card and/or bank transfer.

Registration Information

Registration fees

• After your online registration and the registration fee payment have been completed, the confirmation email from the ANCSDAAP secretariat will be sent. If you have not received the email within a week, please contact the secretariat at secretariat@ancsdaap.org or +82-70-4466-8030.
• The registration period is based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Payment Method

• If your payment is made with a different name, please send an email to secretariat@ancsdaap.org
• All international payments should include the provision for bank fees and exchange rates in the payment amount. Any outstanding balance will be required to be paid by the participant.
• Onsite Payment: Only cash can be accepted.

Confirmation of Registration/Payment Receipt

• If you need proof of your payment, you can request a registration confirmation/payment receipt by sending an email to the secretariat after completing your registration fee payment.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Cancellation of registration/refund requests should be sent in writing to the secretariat at secretariat@ancsdaap.org in advance.
• For those who have already registered and paid, the full refund can be made for those who cancel by November 19, 2022.
  • - By November 19, 2022: Full Refund
  • - From November 20, 2022: No Refund
  • * If the conference is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be made regardless of the cancellation date.
